Our Experience at the 2024 Telus Sales Kick Off: A Bold Showcase by Pro-X Event

We’ve just wrapped up our work at the Telus Sales Kick Off Meeting in Vancouver, and it was an event to remember! Held on January 31, 2024, at the Vancouver Convention Centre, this global gathering brought together Telus team members, sponsors, and collaborators from around the world. The event was all about passion, collaboration, and strategy for the upcoming year, and Pro-X Event was honored to play a key role in making the space come to life.

A Bold Design for a Bold Event

For this year’s Telus Sales Kick Off, we were tasked with transforming the main foyer into a vibrant, engaging space that reflected the energy and vision of the event. Our centerpiece was a 12'x60' custom build, designed to make a statement from the moment attendees walked in. The structure featured a stunning LED tile wall and custom graphic branding that brought the Telus identity to life in a bold, visually impactful way.

The goal was to create an environment that fostered excitement and unity while reinforcing the key themes of the event. Whether team members were gathering for strategy sessions or connecting with sponsors and collaborators, the space we built became a hub of activity and engagement throughout the day.

Pro-X Event’s Role in the Telus Experience

At Pro-X Event, we specialize in creating custom installations that not only look impressive but also serve as functional, interactive spaces for events. For Telus, this meant a focus on industrial design, impactful graphic prints, and a seamless installation process. The LED tile wall was a showstopper, providing dynamic visuals that complemented the overall event narrative.

From the early design stages to the final build and installation, our team worked closely with Telus to ensure that every detail was executed to perfection. Seeing the finished product in action, as attendees engaged with the space, was an incredibly rewarding experience for our entire team.
